   TORNADO WATCH NUMBER 136
   NWS STORM PREDICTION CENTER NORMAN OK
   830 PM CDT WED MAY 6 2015

   THE NWS STORM PREDICTION CENTER HAS ISSUED A

   * TORNADO WATCH FOR PORTIONS OF 
     CENTRAL KANSAS
     SOUTHEAST NEBRASKA

   * EFFECTIVE THIS WEDNESDAY NIGHT AND THURSDAY MORNING FROM 830 PM
     UNTIL 200 AM CDT.

   * PRIMARY THREATS INCLUDE...
     A COUPLE TORNADOES POSSIBLE
     ISOLATED VERY LARGE HAIL EVENTS TO 2 INCHES IN DIAMETER POSSIBLE
     ISOLATED DAMAGING WIND GUSTS TO 70 MPH POSSIBLE

   SUMMARY...MULTIPLE CLUSTERS OF SEVERE STORMS ARE EXPECTED TO PERSIST
   INTO THE OVERNIGHT HOURS WITH A RISK FOR A COUPLE OF
   TORNADOES...LARGE HAIL AND DAMAGING STRAIGHT LINE WINDS.

   THE TORNADO WATCH AREA IS APPROXIMATELY ALONG AND 55 STATUTE
   MILES EAST AND WEST OF A LINE FROM 20 MILES EAST NORTHEAST OF
   LINCOLN NEBRASKA TO 45 MILES SOUTH OF WICHITA KANSAS.  FOR A

   THREATENING WEATHER CONDITIONS AND LISTEN FOR LATER STATEMENTS
