   Valid 081200Z - 141200Z

   Quiet fire weather conditions are expected through the forecast
   period. A mid-latitude cyclone will bring precipitation from the
   central/southern Plains into the Mid-Atlantic states through
   D5/Monday. Higher pressure and cool/cold temperatures will be
   widespread across the northern/central tiers of the CONUS. Later in
   the period, a succession of progressive upper-level troughs will
   bring additional chances for additional precipitation.
