   Valid 151200Z - 211200Z

   ...D3/Fri - Southern California...
On Friday, offshore flow is anticipated as a strong area of high
pressure settles across the Great Basin. The current forecast
gradient and upper level flow make critical conditions uncertain,
but at least elevated fire weather conditions seem likely for
portions of Ventura, Los Angeles, and San Bernardino counties.

...D5/Sun - Northern California, northwest Nevada, and southeast
   Oregon...
On Sunday, a trough will move into northern California/the
Northwest. Some strong and breezy conditions are expected during the
day Sunday in northern California, northwest Nevada, and eastern
Oregon. However, fuels are not currently critically dry in the
region (ERC around 70 to 80th percentile) and significant
precipitation is expected once the front arrives Sunday night.
Therefore, no probabilities have been included.
