   INTENSE CONVECTIVE ACTIVITY HAS PROPAGATED OFF THE HIGHER TERRAIN
   WEST OF THE RIO GRANDE RIVER DURING THE PAST COUPLE OF HOURS...
   INCLUDING ISOLATED SUPERCELL NOW ALONG THE RIVER...WEST OF
   MCALLEN .  ACTIVITY APPEARS TO HAVE BEEN FORCED AT LEAST
   PARTIALLY BY LOW LEVEL CONVERGENCE NEAR COLD FRONT NOSING
   SOUTHWARD THROUGH THE LOWER RIO GRANDE VALLEY.	FRONT HAS
   PROGRESSED THROUGH BROWNSVILLE ...INTO NORTHERN
   TAMAULIPAS...WHERE CORE OF SUPERCELL APPEARS LIKELY TO REMAIN
   NEXT FEW HOURS.  HOWEVER...ISOLATED LARGE HAIL/ GUSTY WINDS ARE
   POSSIBLE NORTH OF MESOCYCLONE...ACROSS THE MCALLEN AREA BY
   14Z...BEFORE STORM TAKES MORE SOUTHERLY TRACK INTO AREAS
   SOUTHWEST OF BROWNSVILLE.
