   LIMITED SEVERE THREAT CONTINUES ALONG AND S OF BROKEN CONVECTIVE
   LINE.
   
   THUNDERSTORMS HAVE BEGUN SHOWN A SLOW DECREASE IN INTENSITY OVER THE
   PAST HOUR...IN CONJUNCTION WITH THE ONSET OF DIURNAL STABILIZATION
   PER LATEST OBJECTIVE ANALYSES.  WW 392 IS SCHEDULED TO EXPIRE AT
   14/01Z...WHICH SEEMS REASONABLE GIVEN ANTICIPATED TRENDS.  IN THE
   MEAN TIME...LOCALLY GUSTY/DAMAGING WINDS REMAIN POSSIBLE WITH A FEW
   STRONGER STORMS PARTICULARLY ACROSS NRN WV AND THE ERN WV PANHANDLE
   WHERE GREATEST INSTABILITY PERSISTS.
