   THE SEVERE WEATHER THREAT FOR TORNADO WATCH 148 CONTINUES.
   
   MID AFTERNOON SURFACE ANALYSES INDICATED AN APPARENT MESO LOW ACROSS
   SRN OK WHICH SHOULD RESULT IN MAINTAINING BACKED /I.E. SLY SURFACE
   WINDS/ ACROSS SOUTH CENTRAL/SERN OK INTO MUCH OF NRN AND CENTRAL TX
   TO THE EAST OF THE PROGRESSIVE DRY LINE.  THIS WILL RESULT IN STRONG
   LOW LEVEL SHEAR ENHANCING THE THREAT FOR TORNADOES.
