   DISCUSSION...CLUSTER OF STORMS OVER NERN IL HAS EVOLVED INTO A SMALL
   BOW ECHO ALONG ERN FRINGE OF AN ENVIRONMENT WHERE VERTICAL SHEAR AND
   INSTABILITY SUPPORT ORGANIZED STORM STRUCTURES. WHILE THE ATMOSPHERE
   DOWNSTREAM IS NOT QUITE AS FAVORABLE...IT MAY BE SUFFICIENT TO
