NWS Storm Prediction Center Norman OK
   0941 PM CDT Thu Jun 13 2019

Areas affected...Portions of the Texas and Oklahoma Panhandle

   Concerning...Severe Thunderstorm Watch 354...

   Valid 140241Z - 140415Z

The severe weather threat for Severe Thunderstorm Watch 354
   continues.

SUMMARY...Severe weather threat continues across WW #354. While
large hail is possible over the next hour or so, severe threat
should transition to primarily a wind threat as storms continue to
   grow upscale.

DISCUSSION...Radar trends suggest thunderstorms are beginning to
organize into a larger complex across northwestern portions of WW
#354 in an environment characterized by 1000-1500 J/kg of MLCAPE and
more than 40 knots of effective bulk shear. Meanwhile, the low-level
jet continues to increase over the area, with the KAMA VAD
indicating southerly winds near 40 knots around 1 km. While large
hail remains possible over the next hour or so with the severe
thunderstorm moving out of WW #353 into portions of Oldham County,
Texas and vicinity, the severe threat should transition to primarily
a damaging wind threat as the clusters of storms continue to grow
upscale and propagate across WW #354.
