   Mesoscale Discussion 0265
NWS Storm Prediction Center Norman OK
   1034 PM CDT Sat Mar 28 2020

   Areas affected...KY...Southwest OH

   Concerning...Tornado Watch 72...

   Valid 290334Z - 290500Z

The severe weather threat for Tornado Watch 72 continues.

SUMMARY...Severe threat is shifting quickly east across ww72. New
severe thunderstorm watch is being considered downstream into
   southwest OH.

DISCUSSION...Organized convection is steadily shifting east across
ww72. This activity is strongly sheared and ingesting adequately
moist/buoyant air mass for activity to progress east of the current
watch. Latest radar data suggest a weak MCV has developed within
broader convection over southeast IN and this could aid organization
downstream. Damaging winds may become the dominant severe threat as
   QLCS evolves.
