   Concerning...Severe Thunderstorm Watch 103...

   The severe weather threat for Severe Thunderstorm Watch 103
   continues.

   SUMMARY...Local severe risk continues over parts of southern
   Oklahoma.

   DISCUSSION...Latest radar loop shows a band of storms moving across
   central into eastern Oklahoma this time -- the strongest being the
   southern portion, which remains nearer the higher-instability air to
   the south.  Several instances of 1"-plus hail have occurred with
   these storms, and potential for additional hail locally -- or
   possibly even a wind gust in excess of severe levels -- remains over
   the next hour or so.  Beyond that, more stable air to the east --
   over southeastern Oklahoma -- would suggest that an
   additional/downstream WW will likely not be required.
