   Areas affected...the western Florida Panhandle

   Concerning...Tornado Watch 139...

   The severe weather threat for Tornado Watch 139 continues.

   SUMMARY...Tornado watch 139 is scheduled to expire at 18Z. It is
   possible the portion of this WW across the western FL Panhandle
   might need to be extended through 20Z.

   DISCUSSION...A near-stationary convective boundary extends across
   the western FL Panhandle to near the AL coast. The warm sector
   remains moderately unstable in vicinity of this boundary where
   storms will likely continue developing the next few hours. Vertical
   shear and large 0-1 km hodographs persist in this region, supporting
   potential for organized severe storms including supercells. However,
   trend will be for low-level winds to veer and weaken after 20Z,
   suggesting the tornado threat should decrease by that time.
