   The severe weather threat for Tornado Watch 150, 152 continues.

   SUMMARY...Severe to significant wind gusts (60-80 mph) may occur
   with bowing segment moving eastward through Springfield.

   DISCUSSION...KSGF radar velocity indicates a well defined rear
   inflow jet just west of Springfield. Velocities of 60-90 kts have
   been observed during the last several 0.5 degree scans at about
   800-1000 ft AGL. Wind gusts of 60-80 mph appear possible as this
   progresses to the east.
