   Areas affected...far eastern Pennsylvania into New Jersey

   Concerning...Severe Thunderstorm Watch 310...

   The severe weather threat for Severe Thunderstorm Watch 310
   continues.

   SUMMARY...A cluster of storms will continue across parts of New
   Jersey, possibly producing wind damage.

   DISCUSSION...A cluster of storms has crossed from PA into NJ, and is
   moving quickly southeastward. Radar indicates substantial outflow
   with these storms, which may approach the coast just after 21Z.
   Storms are expected to maintain strength as the air mass continues
   to warm.

   To the west, other trailing cells exist over eastern PA, but in the
   strongly veered surface wind regime behind the departing upper wave.
   These storms may not be as strong as the leading storm, but may
   produce marginal wind or small hail.
