   Concerning...Severe potential...Watch unlikely

   Probability of Watch Issuance...20 percent

   SUMMARY...Strong to occasionally severe storms are expected into the
   evening with wind damage as the primary threat.

   DISCUSSION...A few storms developed in the Delmarva within the last
   30 minutes. MLCAPE is around 500 to 1000 J/kg per SPC mesoanalysis
   and effective shear is around 20 to 25 kts per LWX VWP. The stronger
   storms may produce a few reports of damaging winds, but should
   remain isolated. Therefore, given the marginal thermodynamic and
   kinematic environment and expected isolated nature of the damaging
   winds, a watch is currently not expected.
