   The severe weather threat for Severe Thunderstorm Watch 312
   continues.

   SUMMARY...An isolated severe weather threat will continue for
   another hour or two.

   DISCUSSION...The severe weather threat has become more isolated
   recently within watch 312. The two strongest storms are currently
   near New York City and Rhode Island/southeast Massachusetts. These
   storms have already started to weaken and this trend will likely
   continue as they move into slightly more stable air near the ocean.
   Therefore, watch 312 will likely be allowed to expire at 00Z.
