   Concerning...Severe Thunderstorm Watch 349...

   The severe weather threat for Severe Thunderstorm Watch 349
   continues.

   SUMMARY...A few strong wind gusts remain possible, but the overall
   threat is not expected to warrant a watch downstream of WW 349.

   DISCUSSION...An MCS has lost strength moving into central AR, though
   a few strong wind gusts were still reported. Downstream of this
   MCS/outflow, other storms have developed extending southeast across
   MS and within the instability axis. A few of the taller storms may
   produce localized wind damage given favorable time of day and ample
   PWAT, but in general, organization of these storms has decreased,
   and additional watches are unlikely.
