   Concerning...Severe Thunderstorm Watch 449...451...

   The severe weather threat for Severe Thunderstorm Watch 449, 451
   continues.

   SUMMARY...Threat for damaging downburst winds will continue across
   portions of Severe Thunderstorm Watches 449 and 451 for the next few
   hours.

   DISCUSSION...Expansive cluster of predominately multicell storms
   continues to move southeastward across southeast OH and adjacent
   southwest PA, just ahead of the cold front. One line segment near
   the westernmost PA/WV border appears somewhat organized along the
   outflow, with recent storm motion around 30-35 kt. Other storms
   remain mostly outflow dominant with a more pulse-like storm mode.
   Expectation is for this trend (of a few more organized line segments
   within mostly multicellular storms) to continue for the next few
   hours.
