   Concerning...Severe Thunderstorm Watch 451...

   The severe weather threat for Severe Thunderstorm Watch 451
   continues.

   SUMMARY...Ongoing thunderstorms will continue to pose a damaging
   wind threat for the next couple of hours within WW 451.

   DISCUSSION...Regional radar imagery continues to show a broken line
   of storms moving south/southeast out of the upper Ohio River Valley
   and into the Mid Atlantic region. Several damaging wind reports have
   been noted with this line, and sections of this line across WV have
   shown recent signs of rough organization into an MCS. The
   environment these storms are residing is not expected to change
   substantially within the next 2 hours, which suggests that the
   damaging wind threat with these storms will continue - especially
   for portions of southern WV/western VA ahead of the weak MCS, and
   across eastern VA/southern MD where hi-res ensemble guidance
   continues to show the potential or damaging winds. The westward
   extent of the severe threat becomes uncertain after 01 UTC when deep
   layer shear is expected to gradually decrease from west to east.
