   Concerning...Severe Thunderstorm Watch 543...

   The severe weather threat for Severe Thunderstorm Watch 543
   continues.

   SUMMARY...Ongoing band of showers and thunderstorms will continue to
   progress eastward, with isolated damaging gusts possible within the
   stronger bowing segments.

   DISCUSSION...Regional radar imagery continues to show a few bowing
   line segments within the area of showers and thunderstorms extending
   from southeast PA into northern VA. This band is expected to
   continue eastward in step with its parent shortwave trough.
   Downstream air mass across the Delmarva Peninsula and
   central/southern NJ is just now experiencing clear skies and has
   been slow to destabilize as a result. 

   Expectation is for some modest destabilization over the next hour or
   so, with a continuation of the convective trends observed thus far.
   This trends have yielded a few stronger bow line segments capable of
   isolated damaging gusts. A downstream watch is not currently
   anticipated.
