   No changes are being made to the outlook at this time, as prior
   reasoning remains valid.  A lightning strike was noted in southwest
   Idaho in the past hour just southeast of the upper low moving across
   the Pacific Northwest, and an additional couple of strikes will be
   possible, spreading northeast into parts of western Montana through
   this evening.  However, coverage is expected to remain very sparse,
   and thus a 10% thunder area does not appear necessary.
