   A low-amplitude shortwave trough will move inland and across WA
   tonight. The 00z observed sounding from UIL/Quillayute WA sampled
   relatively steep lapse rates and a few hundred J/kg of MUCAPE. While
   such a thermodynamic profile could still support a low-topped
   thunderstorm or two early this evening across coastal areas of
   WA/northwest OR, a trend toward mid-level subsidence and warming
   aloft should considerably limit the potential for thunderstorms the
   remainder of the night.
