...Synopsis...
Cool and stable conditions are expected to persist across most of
the CONUS up to 12Z Monday. However, a closed 500 mb low over New
Mexico is poised to traverse western Texas through the remainder of
the evening, introducing adequate elevated buoyancy and lift for a
few thunderstorms. Isolated thunderstorms are also still expected to
develop over adjacent coastal waters east of the North Carolina
shoreline ahead of a mid-level trough axis.
