Little to no instability is forecast over land through 12Z Monday,
with high pressure at the surface over much of the CONUS. Scattered
showers are expected to spread northeast out of Mexico and across
Deep South TX overnight as a positive-tilt shortwave trough moves
from NM into TX, but forecast sounding indicate very little chance
of thunderstorms with elevated parcels rooted near 650 mb and
minimal MUCAPE.
