Gusty winds may accompany convection in the vicinity of southern
Lake Michigan for the next few hours.

Several weak disturbances are embedded within broader northwest flow
along the backside of Great Lakes/OH Valley upper trough. One of
these features has progressed to southern Lake MI/northeast IL and a
forced line of convection is propagating southeast in response to
this short wave. Locally damaging winds have been noted with this
band of convection as it spread across WI, however nocturnal cooling
should begin to negate stronger gusts mixing to the surface with
this activity. For the next few hours gusty winds may be noted,
primarily across southern Lake MI and near the lakeshore.
