   700 PM CST SUN NOV 17 2013

   THE NWS STORM PREDICTION CENTER HAS ISSUED A

   * SEVERE THUNDERSTORM WATCH FOR PORTIONS OF 
     MIDDLE AND EASTERN TENNESSEE

   * EFFECTIVE THIS SUNDAY NIGHT FROM 700 PM UNTIL MIDNIGHT CST.

   * PRIMARY THREATS INCLUDE...
     SEVERAL DAMAGING WIND GUSTS TO 70 MPH POSSIBLE

   THE SEVERE THUNDERSTORM WATCH AREA IS APPROXIMATELY ALONG AND 80
   STATUTE MILES EAST AND WEST OF A LINE FROM 45 MILES NORTH
   NORTHEAST OF CROSSVILLE TENNESSEE TO 65 MILES SOUTHWEST OF
   CROSSVILLE TENNESSEE.  FOR A COMPLETE DEPICTION OF THE WATCH SEE

   PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

   REMEMBER...A SEVERE THUNDERSTORM WATCH MEANS CONDITIONS ARE
   FAVORABLE FOR SEVERE THUNDERSTORMS IN AND CLOSE TO THE WATCH
   AREA. PERSONS IN THESE AREAS SHOULD BE ON THE LOOKOUT FOR
   THREATENING WEATHER CONDITIONS AND LISTEN FOR LATER STATEMENTS
   AND POSSIBLE WARNINGS. SEVERE THUNDERSTORMS CAN AND OCCASIONALLY
   DO PRODUCE TORNADOES.

   SYSTEM PASSES BY FARTHER TO THE N.  IN THE SHORT TERM...STRONG
   LOW-LEVEL WINDS/SHEAR WILL SUPPORT A RISK FOR DAMAGING
   WINDS...THOUGH WEAKENING OF BOTH SHEAR AND INSTABILITY LATER TONIGHT
   WILL LEAD TO A DIMINISHING THREAT TOWARD ABOUT 06Z.

   AVIATION...A FEW SEVERE THUNDERSTORMS WITH HAIL SURFACE AND ALOFT
   TO 0.5 INCH. EXTREME TURBULENCE AND SURFACE WIND GUSTS TO 60
