Scattered large hail and isolated very large hail events to 2 inches in diameter possible Scattered damaging wind gusts to 70 mph possible A tornado or two possible SUMMARY...Initial supercells across parts of west-central Nebraska will pose a risk for large hail before potentially developing into a southeast-moving cluster in southwest Nebraska with an increasing severe wind risk. Another cluster may emanate out of southwest and south-central South Dakota and spread into portions of northern Nebraska this evening with a severe hail and wind risk. The severe thunderstorm watch area is approximately along and 70 statute miles east and west of a line from 40 miles south of North Platte NE to 30 miles west northwest of Valentine NE.
