   Tornado Watch Number 403
   NWS Storm Prediction Center Norman OK
   745 AM CDT Sun Jul 26 2020

   The NWS Storm Prediction Center has issued a

   * Tornado Watch for portions of 
     South Texas
     Coastal Waters

   * Effective this Sunday morning and evening from 745 AM until
     1000 PM CDT.

   * Primary threats include...
     A couple tornadoes possible

   SUMMARY...The tornado threat will spread westward across affected
   parts of south Texas through the afternoon, within the northeastern
   sector of Tropical Storm Hanna, as the cyclone's center moves into
   the higher terrain of Mexico.  Tornado potential should diminish
   this evening with weakening of both environmental buoyancy and of
   Hanna's overall wind fields.

   The tornado watch area is approximately along and 70 statute miles
   east and west of a line from 20 miles southeast of Mcallen TX to 35
   miles northwest of Alice TX. For a complete depiction of the watch

   PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

   REMEMBER...A Tornado Watch means conditions are favorable for
   tornadoes and severe thunderstorms in and close to the watch
   area. Persons in these areas should be on the lookout for
   threatening weather conditions and listen for later statements
   and possible warnings.

   OTHER WATCH INFORMATION...This tornado watch replaces tornado
   watch number 402. Watch number 402 will not be in effect after
   745 AM CDT. 

   AVIATION...Tornadoes and a few severe thunderstorms with hail
   surface and aloft to 0 inches. Extreme turbulence and surface wind
   gusts to 60 knots. A few cumulonimbi with maximum tops to 550. Mean
   storm motion vector 15040.
