Scattered damaging wind gusts to 70 mph possible SUMMARY...Multicell storm clusters will likely persist through late evening while spreading east-southeastward across southern Arkansas. Occasional downburst winds of 60-70 mph appear to be the main threat. The severe thunderstorm watch area is approximately along and 25 statute miles north and south of a line from 70 miles west southwest of Pine Bluff AR to 40 miles east northeast of Monticello AR.
