   Concerning...Outlook upgrade

   SUMMARY...An upgrade to Moderate Risk will be forthcoming in the
   1630 UTC Convective Outlook.

   DISCUSSION...Model forecast and observed data are converging towards
   a forecast scenario depicting an intense MCS moving eastward across
   the southwest KS/northwest OK border region this evening into
   tonight.  Significant severe gusts will be the primary hazard.
