Severe storms are will persist and expand into the overnight across parts of the Gulf Coast region from southeastern Mississippi to western Georgia. Some of the storms will be capable of producing significant severe weather including strong tornadoes and very large hail. %22Particularly Dangerous Situation%22 tornado watch 17 is in effect over parts of this region.%0D%0A%0D%0ASeparate areas of severe storms ongoing over parts of Arkansas and Louisiana also may pose a continuing tornado and large-hail risk for a few more hours into western and southern Mississippi.
